WARNING: There are significant elements of risk in any adventure sport or activity associated with saddle animals including, but not limited to, horses, mules, and burros (referred to herein as "activity"), and the use of any equipment therewith.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS: I realize that saddle animals can act unpredictable: that wind, weather conditions, movement, or noise may frighten or cause the animals to move suddenly and/or swiftly. I understand that I may suffer accidents or illness in remote places where there is no available medical facilities, that wearing a helmet is a basic precaution, and that no warranty of any kind, expressed or implies, is being made as to the habits, disposition, suitability, or nature of physical condition of any animals. I also realize that participation in an activity can result in person injury, accidents and/or illness including, but not limited to, sprains, broken bones, head injuries, paralysis, dismemberment, or death as well as damage to or the loss of personal property.
EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY: In recognition of inherit risks of the activity which I, and any minor children for whom I am responsible, will engage in, I confirm that I (we) am (are) physically and mentally capable of participating in the activity and the use of animals and equipment. I/We participate willingly and voluntarily. I assume full responsibility for any personal injury, accidents, illness, or death. I assume responsibility for damage to myself or loss of personal property as a result of any accident that may occur.
RELEASE: In consideration of services or property provided, I, for myself and any minor children for whom I am parent, legal guardian, or otherwise responsible, an heirs, personal representatives or assigns, do hereby release:

It's principals, directors, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from all liability and waive any claim for damage arising from and cause whatsoever (except that which is the result of gross negligence*).
I HAVE READ AND THE PREVIOUSLY STATED WARNING, ACKNOWLEDGEMET, ASSUMPTION, AND RELEASE. I UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT I MAY BE WAIVING VALUABLE LEGAL RIGHTS.
Under Nebraska Law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury or death to participants in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of activities pursuant to 25-21, 249 to 25-31, 253 NRS
*Gross Negligence should be determined by a panel of three Equine Professionals with at least ten years of experience.
