1. Grant of Rights

I, the undersigned, hereby grant NorthWind Riding Academy, its representatives, employees, and authorized agents the right to take, use, publish, and distribute photographs and/or video recordings of me (or my child, if applicable) for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Advertising & promotional content

• Educational or informational purposes

• Marketing materials

• Websites & social media

  
  

2. Ownership and Waiver

I agree that NorthWind Riding Academy owns all rights, title, and interest in the recordings made under this agreement. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection therewith. I understand that no compensation will be provided unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release and discharge the Producer from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs or recordings, including without limitation any and all claims for libel, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

I have read this release prior to signing and I am fully familiar with its contents.
